Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years experience: software development, Object Oriented Analysis and Design, C++ & JAVA development
• 4+ yrs: Service Oriented Architecture development, large volume vector/raster dataset development
• 1+ yrs: C++, Python, & VBA development, CGI Perl script development, SAR Data formats & processing concepts, National/tactical Thermal Data Formats & processing concepts, developing applications for multi-sensor applications, working with standard NGA base data sets, software requirements
• Familiar with ONIR and GMTI data and processing concepts, ArcGIS, Remote View, and SOCET SET
