Responsibilities:

• Analyzes and evaluates major antiterrorism/force protection program and user requirements
• Defines systems objectives and prepares system design specifications.
• Identifies alternative approaches and selects appropriate methodologies based on strategic doctrinal and policy guidance.

Education and Experience:

• Master's degree in a related field and 3 years of specialized experience; OR Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of specialized experience; OR 10 years of specialized experience.
