Cobra Judy
The ESD was
instrumental in the
definition of Cobra Judy's performance specification and was awarded a
sole
source contract to provide core engineering and acquisition support
during the
acquisition phase. Our program support continued throughout
modernization
studies and sustainment upgrades, and continues today with ongoing
operational
support.

Cobra Dane
The Electronic Systems Directorate
provides
continued
operational support to this phased array radar program and participates
in
sustainment and modernization studies.

Urban Warfare MASINT Phenomenology Study
The Electronic Systems Directorate performed a survey for HQ Department
of the Army, Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence of the
applicability of MASINT Phenomenologies to the Urban Environment. We
continue to provide research and technical support to advance the
application of technology for strategic and tactical technical
intelligence.
