Highlights
MASINT and GEOINT Technical and Advisory Support
RRI's Federal Systems Division provides MASINT and GEOINT subject matter experts to assist the Intelligence Community in planning, programming, developing, operating and sustaining MASINT and GEOINT systems. We provide high level on-site advisory support to the Services, DoD Intelligence Agencies and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Significant accomplishments include:
- Supported the Air Force in the integration of MASINT capabilities into the Distributed Common Ground System.
- Supported the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) with the integration of national, service and commercial Advanced Geospatial Intelligence (AGI) capabilities into the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSGI).
- Supported the Defense Intelligence Agency in the developing the MASINT portion of the ODNI-led Integrated Collection Architectureo Supported NGA, DIA and the Services in development of Combatant Command Intelligence Campaign Plans.
- Provided advisory support for the sustainment and operation of Air Force Technical Sensor program

Analysis Tool Development
We have extensive experience in applying commercial software tools to support ISR system design, mission planning and mission assessment for a variety of Service and National agency programs.
- Automated Collection Planning Tool - web-based tool to develop long-term collection strategy, visualize operations and support daily collection planning
- Utility Assessment Management Engine - web-based tool to compile intelligence production feedback and assess performance via visual display of various metrics

Analysis of Alternatives Support
We support DoD Agencies and Services across the full range of Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) assessment and documentation to include drafting capabilities documents (JCDs, ICDs), supporting Advanced Capability Technology Demonstrations (ACTD) and providing technical expertise and M&S support for AoAs.
